Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only on Kalrashukla Online Programs. Details are listed below:
Refunds are not applicable on Online Learning Test Series (OLTS) & Distance Learning Programs (DLP).
How to Apply for Refund:
The last date to apply for a Refund is within 15 days of the course start date. Days will be counted from the class commencement date. A refund is not permissible after 15 days from the course commencement date.
Amounts deductible in Refund Cases (Towards Administrative and Academic Expenses) are mentioned course-wise in the table below.
To apply for a Refund, please follow the steps below:
1. Log in to the refund portal with your Date of Birth (DOB) and form number.
2. Check your personal details here to know your DOB. If your DOB is not updated, update it before applying for a refund.

Refund requests made verbally or through phone/email/fax shall not be entertained in any case.
No refund will be made after the Last Refund Date.
Refunds will be credited to the Father/Mother Bank Account through NEFT/RTGS mode only. For this, you must submit a Cancelled Cheque or Bank Passbook first page scanned copy.
Refund rules are the SAME even if:
– A student joins the class after the commencement date.
– A student doesn’t join or attend even a single class at all.
– A student applies for a refund before the start of the class.
