Step 1: Collect copy of prospectus from the respective branch office or download it from our website. We require correct information about the student. No Telephonic registration will be allowed.
Step 2: Certified photocopy of Std. X marksheet for coaching XI,XII,MHT- CET & for admission in IX certified photocopy of Std. VIII marksheet.
Step 3: Admission will be given on first-cum-first basis. At the time of admission, students are requiring to produce necessary documents. After verifying all documents management will allocate desired group. Admission will be confirmed by paying 1st installment of fee. Aspiring students are supposed to clear our screening exams.

At the time of admission, a student must come personally and submit the following:
-
Application Form duly filled in (incomplete forms are liable to be rejected)
- Certified photocopy of Std. X mark-sheet. For admission for Std. IX/S.S.C coaching the candidate must provide a certified photograph of Std. VIII mark-sheet.
- 2 recent stamp-size unattested colour photographs
The certified photocopy of mark-sheet will be returned immediately after verification. The photographs will be retained.

Fees must be paid in Cash or by a local Cheque/Pay Order/Demand Draft in favour of ‘KALRASHUKLA CLASSES PRIVATE LIMITED’ and must accompany the duly filled Admission Form.
Fees also can be paid by any MASTER/VISA Credit/Debit Card.
Please note that the fees for each course (eg. Std. XI, Std. XII + MHT-CET), unless paid by Cash, must be paid by separate Cheques/Pay Orders/Demand Drafts/Credit Card Charge Slips along with separate and relevant Admission Forms. Separate receipts will be issued for the same.
A single Cheque/Pay Order/Demand Draft/Credit Card Charge slip for two or more courses will NOT be accepted.
Students must retain all receipts carefully and present them whenever requested by the Management.
Those students who fail to pay/honour the subsequent installments by the due dates will have their admission declared null and void, and the fees paid earlier will be forfeited. The Management does not take the responsibility of reminding students about ensuring clearance of the post-dated cheques towards payment of subsequent installments.

Fees are fixed and no arbitrary discounts are offered to any one, irrespective of personal relationships and/or financial conditions.
However, a performance incentive maybe offered for some programmes, details of which are made available on the prospectus.

We provide installment facilities for some of our programmes, details of which are made available on the prospectus.
Credit card holders can have the inherent advantage of having the fees charged on to their cards, with credit of up to 45 days as per respective issuers, for each payment schedule.

| Refund of funds |

|
There is absolutely no refund of fess under any circumstances except under the Disclaimer Clause.
Disclaimer Clause:
100% fee (excluding the Service Tax) will be refunded if the aggregate marks scored in S.S.C. Board exams are less than 80%, provided:
- The student should have at least 85% attendance in the classes (lectures, as well as tests)
- The student should have appeared for all class prelims
- The student must have appeared for all the papers in S.S.C. Board examinations
Note: A student detained in Std. IX can opt out of further coaching by presenting a certified copy of his Std. IX mark-sheet within 7 days of declaration of results, whereby 80% of the fees paid for Std. X would be refunded by Cheque, less the total service tax already paid.
- For Std. XII and MHT-CET students:
Students have an option of disclaiming his/her admission within a week of the start of the course. No questions will be asked. Full fee, minus total service tax, will be refunded on receipt of a written request signed by the student’s parent/guardian. To take advantage of the Disclaimer Clause, a student should have attended all the lectures on at least the first day of the course or first day after joining the course.
The Disclaimer Clause is applicable only once and at the very instance of joining the Institute. The Disclaimer Clause is not applicable if we receive the request later than 7 days of the start of the course.
